Brenna is a licensed social worker passionate about supporting clients as they navigate their personal journeys toward growth and healing. They view therapy as a collaborative partnership, where the therapist serves as someone with a well-equipped toolbox—offering a variety of strategies, perspectives, and skills to help clients address the challenges and goals they bring to the therapeutic process. Brenna works alongside clients to identify the tools that will be most helpful in building the life they want and empowers them with the knowledge and confidence to use those tools independently.

Brenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Services from Ball State University and a Master's degree in Social Work. Their therapeutic approach is primarily humanistic, emphasizing self-acceptance, personal strengths, and compassion toward oneself. Brenna also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Brenna specializes in work with individuals ages 16 and older who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and mood-related concerns. They are also dedicated to creating an affirming and supportive environment for LGBTQIA+ clients.
