Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and behavioral concerns. She has worked with individuals experiencing severe mental illness in both community and hospital settings, as well as provided behavioral health case management within community-based programs.
Kelly is trained in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to address the lasting emotional effects of trauma. She also has experience working with children ages 5 and older in both school and clinical settings, including developing and writing 504 plans to support students' academic and emotional needs.
Kelly takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being. Kelly is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
